Brown Stoneware #259 Cone 6-10 Richer in color tones but similar in nature to #153 - toasty beige in oxidation, and a darker brown in reduction. It's in a cone 6-10 reduction firing where you will really see a difference between this clay and #153. Responds well to all techniques & beneficial to production potters & classrooms alike.
