First sowings can be done from March onwards, undercover in a greenhouse or polytunnel for an early crop. Seeds can be sowed directly outdoors from May onwards. Planting can take place as late as August for this variety. When sowing; sprinkle the seed evenly into shallow drills and cover with fine soil.
