Without heat, they may not change to their pictured colour. Sow in small pots or seedling modules. Sow 1 seed per pot/cell. Cover lightly with compost and keep moist. Pepper seed germination will be best if kept at room temperature while germinating. When the seedlings get their first true leaves, pot them on into a larger pot.
