We get our singing bowls direct from the crafters in Kathmandu, Nepal. This bowl is about 5” wide. It makes a wonderful sound and is easy to learn. Singing bowls are great for meditation, the vibration helps calm and relax us. They’re thought to help attune chakras and energy centers throughout the body. These ones are very easy to play!
