Cider House Select cider starts with fresh peaches and mangos on the pallet and rounds out nicely. This kit is formulated to make 6 gallons of 5.2% ABV cider. All Cider House Select cider kits require the addition of two pounds of corn sugar to acheive the correct alcohol content.
