At murallajaen, we know how important fast and reliable delivery is to our customers. That’s why we work closely with trusted couriers such as DPD, FedEx, Kuehne & Nagel, Europa, and many more. This is to ensure your order arrives quickly and efficiently.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer International Shipping. This is due to customs denying orders the majority of the time.
We are currently working to improve International deliveries.

Order Processing

  • We offer guaranteed next working day delivery across the UK on all orders placed and paid for by 4pm. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Saturday delivery is available on non-pallet orders over £250 (excluding VAT), or can be arranged for an additional charge.

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

  • Step 2: Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 3: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our returns policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring you have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Returns Policy

If you no longer need a product, you can log a return through your order history on our website. Our customer service team will then email you to confirm the reason and guide you through the return process. Items must be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, at your own cost, in their original condition and packaging, with a copy of the invoice or delivery note included in the parcel. Once received and processed by our returns team, you’ll be sent a credit note or refund confirmation via email.

We DO NOT accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Damaged Goods

We want every customer to receive high-quality products. If you believe an item you’ve received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours by emailing [email protected].

In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement. Please do not dispose of the item until instructed by our Customer Service Team.
